New here- from PA
 

Hi all-

I am new here and I am 38 and weigh 211. This is the most I have ever weighed in my life- including when pregnant. I am depressed about it and eat to relieve the stress- which of course makes it worse!

Anyway, I am in SE PA.

WeLcOmE- my name is judee and i read your post and it sounds like me. I got pregnant last year and this is the heaviest I ever weight. And I eat just because I am either Bored or I am really depressed. Maybe we could buddy up let me know.

Hey all, Tracy here, my first day here because I too am feeling the same way. Always struggled with my weight but was at my heaviest 213 after my last child (9years ago...sad) I go in weight loss spurts and then get stuck for countless months on end. Currently I am bouncing around from 160-170 and can't get no where despite my efforts. So then the circle starts... eat to beat the depression then get more depressed because of the needle on the scale going up. HELP!!! I don't really have anyone to talk to. No one here is willing to diet and exercise with me so I am on my own. That is why I join this site with hopes that I won't feel so all alone in my efforts. I need a buddy to do this with. Can we be there for each other?

hi I am from western pa also, i would also like a diet buddy, i too am an emotional eatter, this is the heaviest i have been even after three children. I need support BAD!!!

Nice to see so many others from PA. I don't know if I would call myself an emotional eater or not. All I know is I do not have to be hungry to want to eat! And I give in to temptation way too much. But I keep trying........
