Just Found This Site!

This looks so interesting and supportive.

I am "older" in years but not in spirit. I packed on a lot of weight after my hysterectomy which was 18 months ago. I need to get exercising and eating less to get it off as I plan to be around for a long time. My family needs me and I love life. (I was born in Hershey, PA, and love chocolate, in case you are wondering about my name.)

Right now, I'm not sure where I fit in but will check out the different groups.
