trying to kick start myself

Name: Amanda
Age: 25
Height: 5'4
Current Weight: 165
Lowest Weight: 110 (in high school and working out playing tennis 5X's a week)
Weight Goal: 130, so i want to lose 35lbs.

ever since high school ended i've never had the same body. my pant size used to be a five and now it's like a ten/eleven. my gut protrudes over the front of my pants and i appear pregnant which makes me very self-concious. instead of the small tee's i used to buy i now wear large and sometimes X-large. i feel very uncomfortable in this body. this is the heaviest i've ever gotten.

where i'm getting in trouble.. i do not exercise. i am VERY lazy and right now about $40 goes toward a gym every month that i do not use. i LOVE food and LOVE to eat out. usually during the week i eat fast food once a day. it's pretty bad. i do as little physical activity as possible. usually my time is spent in front of the computer.

the problem area's i'd like to fix would be losing the fat around my stomach. i want the hourglass figure. i want to minimize my thigh's, tone up my calves & upper arms, get rid of back fat and lose the double chin.

thanks for the welcome. i've been trying to make healthier food choices, eat smaller portions, try not to over eat by getting seconds (or thirds), and try to drink lots more water throughout the day.

also, be more active and not spend so much time in front of the computer which is going to be very hard. i have a few work out videos i need to put to use. my mother and i are trying to lose weight together so hopefully we can motivate each other to eat better & exercise.
