Looking for a buddy or two around Birmingham, AL
 

I always start so enthusiastically but then somewhere along the way I loose my resolve, my will power, my desire to exercise etc. Looking for someone to help me stay motivated that I can help also. I'm 31 years old, about 310 lbs, wanting to get under 200lbs. Looking for someone with similar goals as mine.
