Ok, guys - I have made a new FitDay account, bought a brand new electronic scale today, an Ab Lounge, and loaded up the fridge with lots of great, healthy, whole foods and am ready to continue counting calories!I started counted calories May 16th and have lost ~9lbs already just due to eating less calories.
Is there a female out there who is 5'8" and weighs around 170lbs that wants to be my diet-buddy? We could motivate eachother and check in to see how are progressing.
