Hi! New Here! Need Encouragement

    Hello everyone! I've been here before, but just reading and learning from everyone elses experiences. I am a teacher, so I am trying to lose some weight this summer. I put on over 40 pounds in the past three years after a total hysterectomy, discovering that I am Hypothyroid, and other health problems. I am 5'1 and weighed 109 in 2002! I don't know WHAT happened, but it is time to change it! I need lots of of encouragement and support!!

    Hiya HysterSister...Same deal here, but I was fat when I got my hysterectomy and I still am. ..BUT I'M WORKIN' on it!!
