Hey all. I am on Week 2 of "dieting" I am not doing any diets. I am just eating well, chicken, salads, veggies etc. powerwalking 2 miles, aerobics and pilates. and drinking a TON of water everyday. and green tea =) I have stopped using sugar i use splenda instead. I hope to find some wonderful support here. i have gone on/off diets for the last few years,which is why i am just trying to change my eating habits to all healthy (ok, so i have slipped) lol. i never lost the "baby" weight after my 2 kids. and i know that i need to do something about it. I lost 3 lbs last week! have not lost any this week, (dang cake!) lol but havent gained either which is good.
