New here as well
Hello All...I am 33 and from the Chicagoland area. I have about 100+ lbs to lose...I had started watchig calories and walking a bit, and lost almost 40lbs. between September and March. Then, I ended up having to be on steroids, and just got off of them-gained almost 30lbs back!!! Steroids don't exactly help with the whole healthy eating/calorie counting thing, so now I am "back in the saddle" as they say...
I tend to be a workaholic, and don't really have a problem with breakfast and lunch, but dinner is where I lose it! After working all day, it is soooo much easier to order a pizza, or stop somewhere, than it is to come home and cook! So, I make poor choices and plus, I need to start walking/excercising again! I am in terrible shape and would love to just look and feel better in general-that's more my goal than "looking good"!
