Hey everyone. I am Anne, a SAHM of two children and a wife to a wonderful loving husband. I have been on over a dozen medications for the past 8 months and in between have gained 40 lbs due to them. I am still on 8 of the meds and the Dr says that weight loss while on them is almost impossible. Since he said 'almost' I am giving it all I've got. I am hoping to find the inspiration to keep going because I am not losing, but gaining 1 - 2 lbs a week (as to be expected according to my Dr). I work out everyday and eat a very strict low calorie diet. I am beyond frustrated and hoping that someone else can relate so I will know that I am not alone. Thanks for listening!!

I hope you find the support you're looking for. I don't have experience in weight gain due to medication....just plain old not taking care of myself!!
