Hi all,

I started my "lifestyle change" as I like to call it haha back in January and have been doing fine, but I have noticed the past couple of weeks I am starting to slip up and lose motivation. I would love a diet buddy that can help me get back on track and someone that I can encourage also!
I am 34 years old from Ontario Canada.

I'll be your buddy. i've been around here since February. Your posts always catch my eye because of your aviator. I love angels.
Also I just noticed, look at our stats. Our current weight and our goal weight.
Plus I'm 33.

Thanks for the reply! Sorry for the delayed message it has been one of those weeks! :faint: *LOL* We are almost on track with each other! That is good maybe we can motivate each other to keep going, you are doing well so far!
What sort of diet are you doing? I am just counting calories, thought I would see how that goes for me, so far so good!
