Hi!
Hi! My name is Jessica. I'm 26 and happily married with 2 little girls who are 5 and 3. I am 5'2 and roughly 195 pounds. This is the heaviest I've ever been with the exception of 2 0 0 when I was 9 months prego with my 2nd.
Anyways, I work out faithfully at least 6x a week including cardio and weight training and have been doing so for a few months now. I haven't budged in weight and I'm started to get frustrated. So now I'm determined to not let food get the best of me this time.... I hope to get to know you all! |
Hi Jessica
I as well have been working out for about 4 months and at first I felt as if I was working out for nothing. The scale has barely moved but I was also taking my measurements and taking pictures of my progress. Even though the scale has not changed I lost 6 inches on my hips and 7 1/2 inches on my waist to name a few. So even though the scale does not change does not mean it isn't working. You are just gaining muscle and that will determine the scale not moving. I am a real scale person check it every morning so I understand wanting it to go down but keep it up. If you need a buddy we have about the same goals and I understand working out with little ones in the house so let me know. |
I'd love too!!!
