Ok, maybe not, been fat for my whole life, but I am new to this board.
My name is Renee, I am 35, happily married to the love of my life, Dan, no children but one ch'weiner (half chihuahua/half mini dachshund) pup named Lola. I am doing the low carb diet. I know I have been successful at this before, so now I am looking at it as a lifestyle. With pcos w/ir a low carb diet works for weight loss and helps me feel better in general, more energy, less grogginess. I have a lot more weight to lose but I am confident that I will make it.
