No New Just Been Mia!!!!!!!!!!!
Once upon a time I was an active menber of a wonderful thread or three....then life happened:?: :?: ! That was over three years and a much needed divorced! I started out at 225 and made my way down to 172. Was so excited and thrilled at that time and thought that I had the emoitional eating thing under control. Well all I can say is yeah right! Now after many years of hard work getting myself mentally healthy after my last realtionship I am now ready to start of this hard road of physical health. Right now I am looking for a few wonderful buddies(as I know this site has a family that can compare with none other so many great people here!) that have went thru the hard times or are going thru them and have vowed to not let those times interfere with weight loss or health as a matter of fact. I am a single mom that must work 2 jobs to make it but have finally figured out that I have to take more than a few mins a week for me. This getting back to loosing is what I am going to do for me. What about people up to getting healthy both physically and mentally. All we have to loose is weight and our minds LOL!!!!!!!!!!!! Look forward to starting this wonderful journey with some great new friends!
