Hi! I'm new here today. Just wondering if anyone's from Arkansas like me. If so, where? I need a workout buddy in addition to a weight loss buddy! I'm a former slim gal who had 2 kids and turned 40 but didn't change any of my unhealthy habits. I need to lose about 25 pounds to be able to stomach going out in public in summer clothes. Regardless of your locale, anyone want to start a group?

Lilybelle, I'm very close- in Springdale! But not close enough to go to the same gym. :( I started late on the kids- ages 5 & 2, both boys. What an impressive weight loss you've accomplished!
