I do weight watchers too.
I started on 4/20/06 and have lost 10 pounds. I think I am eating a lot healthier now and exercising.
I have found great support at this site
I'm a nurse and work with mentally ******ed adults in the community, sometimes the most prophetic statements can come from their mouths!

Thak you for your wishes and support. You're right, I thought I was going to give the kids my time and effort (not easy to make sick kids laugh), but instead I've been receiving the most wonderfull life lessons.

I do believe that the more we give of ourselves, we reap 10 fold.
Also, I'm a firm believer of getting out of my skin and helping others. It fights off depression and makes me feel better about myself. And I can always use a little boost!
