Default New Here. Looking for a buddy
Hello!! My name is Amanda and I have a lot of weight to loose. OBVIOUSLY or I wouldnt be on this site! RIGHT?! I have lost 20 pounds of the 200 lbs I am wanting to loose. I did loose 40 lbs of it, but put 20 of it back on because of a cruise and my husband coming home for R&R. Well, now my husband is home for good and we want to try to get pregnant by the end of the year. I have PCOS so a diet lower in carbohydrates seem to work best for me. SO pretty much I am looking for adivce, support and buddies to share in this journey. God Bless and good luck!!

Welcome Amanda and good luck on your new lifestyle. I am also on a low-carb plan with PCOS. I have been on program for 10 months and it is working great for me. I wish you the best and know you will find a lot of support here at 3 FC's. If theres anything I can help with just let me know.
