Hello, I was doing a search for trampoline excercises when I came across this forum. It looked like so much fun I just had to join! Plus I had questions about trampolines ( mine should be delivered on Thursday! :cp: ) ... I have to admit I was a little intimidated, I really have alot to learn with the forum!
But hopefully all will workout well!

Hi Cute and curvy, welcome! It looks like we have around the same weight loss goals! I see you're both from IL. I'm from there too (hubby in military so I"m in CA right now). My mom lives in Capron which is near Rockford. Where are you at C&C? I grew up in Fox Lake (near Gurnee) Which is in Lake County! My brothers live in Des Planes now!

OKay that's too weird..I'm from Fox Lake too!!! That's kinda crazy!!!

Christina...sorry...I was so wow'd by the Fox Lake thing that I forgot to answer your question...no I don't know of any trampline exercises but I have to tell you...I'm JEALOUS!! That seems like a GREAT and a really fun way to work out :) I hope you have some...and have fun ;)

Yep! Me too! Graduated in '02....that's too weird!!! :) After my fiance and I get married and save up some money we're going back and getting a house somewhere there...I can't wait...it's nothing special to a lot of people but I like it :)

That is soooo funny! What a small world! I graduated in '94! I like fox lake too cause it's home (lots of good memories) but none of my family live there anymore. My parent's got divorced when I was in hs, we moved into those apartments next to grant on rt. 12

Yep...know which ones you're talking about! Yea...it's a real small world considering that it's small...no one EVER knows where it is out here...I always do the "it's by Great America" thing :)

Jamie, I found the trampoline posts! LOL Someone said they lost like 17 pounds in a couple weeks just by doing the trampoline! I knew this would be a good investment.

I wish! My hubby is from GA, and he has the mind set that since we're not from the same place, to live in either. I still keep in touch with alot of my girlfriends that do still live there (some in fox lake too, ha ha)! I miss it =(

Gee, I just had to but in this "Northern" conversation. I am from Beloit, Wi. originally but, I worked in Rockford at Cherryvale Mall. I lived in Beloit but Rockford was my stompin grounds. Havent been up there in about 6 years though. BTW, I have a trampoline too but I am a little intimidated to jump on it being that its outside and My "cute" neighbor might drive by.

I love our trampoline. We jumped fpr about 3.5 hours last night! and it was cold outside!
Today looks real nice, I think we'll go jump in an hour or two.

I would jump on my trampoline even though there was a cute neighbor. You never know, maybe they'd want to join ya! LOL

I don't have neighbors, but I bet I would feel embarrased if I did... :o

Rockford's not too far at all! I like Northern Illinois. I also like Northern Wisc. Eagle River to be more specific. BEAUTIFUL! Except for the black bears, they scare me! Lol

I bought an Urban Rebounder and recently sold it because it made me nausious like motion sickness LOL Everyone laughs at me when I tell them but it's totally true. I loved doing it but just couldn't - but they are really great workouts. 5 mins and my calves were feeling it.

brendalee~ I felt the motion sickness a few times in our trampoline, but then I just kept pushing myslef, then I almost peed. LMAO
But I think I would be sad if the motion sickness kept happening. I think having an empty stomach vs a full stomach might have something to do with it? I dunno.... But that was just my experiance.:D
