Well, I feel like I'm a horrible roller coaster ride and can't seem to make it up the darn hill! I started weight watchers a few months ago and was doing great, and I cheated one time, and it has been down hill from there! I can't seem to get back on track. I was talking with my cousins wife Easter and she told me about this site. I have registered, set myself up and I'm ready to go.

I have tried to look back and figure out where the weight came from, why I gained it, etc, but it just doesn't come to me. I do know that between both girls I gained about 70 pounds and I still have that weight on me.

I'm looking forward to this site!

hi im from ga too but i live on the coast like 5 min from st simons island. anyhoo...i too have 2 little girls and have 93 lbs to lose. i had really bad eating habits and depression helped my weight add on. i am making more of an effort to watch what i eat and to excercize more. well im going to put my girls in the bathtub...and wash dishes...i hope to talk to you some more soon...good luck in your journey..and i hope we can talk to along the way...we can encourage eachother to lose weight:D

Welcome to the 3FC forum and Good Luck with your weight loss journey. I had 89 lbs. to lose to start with and I know staying on these boards has helped me to stay true to my goal. Everyone is very nice and new-comers are always welcome.

Welcome to 3FC! I am pretty new myself, I just joined a few days ago :) Everyone here is very suportive, which helps a lot.
