  • Ok week five ladies!!!! how is everyone doing??? I am hangingin there, barely at times...seems like that last couple of weeks have been an eating fest...well new week= new start!

    diet-3 healthy meals, 2 healthy snacks
    water-3 bottles
    "fun" goal-try fish ( I am not a fish person, but am trying to develop a taste for it)
    reward-dinner out on the weekend


    Monday

    Tues
    Bf-oatmeal and raisins
    L-soup
    S-mini rice cakes and crackers (both whole grain)
    D-chicken, veggies, bean salad
    S-grapes and mini rice cakes

    Wed
    BF-oatmeal
    L-soup
    D-chicken, bean salad, potatos, corn
    S-latte


    Thurs
    BF-toast with jam and PB
    L-veggie omlet and yogurt
    D-pizza (crazy plates) and grapes, juice to drink (diluted with some water)

    Fri
    BF- tast with PB and jam
    L-flaxseed wrap with chicken and salsa
    S-mini rick cakes, crackers
    D-stir fry
    S-fuzzy peaches

    Sat
    Terrible not even gonna post!
  • Okay, I'm going to post when I can, I am home for a while! Just got done cleaning for 6 hours. The house was a pigpen!

    diet: 3 healthy meals+2 snacks
    water: 4 glasses daily
    exercise: whenever I feel up to it
    fun goal: finish 4 lo's (scrapbooking)
    reward: long hot bath with new bubbles and a magazine!

  • Hey, so im back on track for good now. need to get these pounds off for the summer.

    i dont have a weekly goal this week but i have a goal which i would like to achieve by may 17th. and that is try and fit into my size 16 jeans even if i have to squeeze myself into them

    Tuesday:
    Breakfast: Skipped
    Lunch: Potato Pieces w/ Salad and Bread Bun

  • Hi ladies-
    I am happy to report this week I lost 1.6 lbs. I wish I would have lost more but I'll take it. I started using a pedometer today it will be interesting to see how much I walk and if increasing it helps me lose. fitgal I know what you mean about the eat fest. Sometimes I think when my brain sees me losing weight it tricks me into thinking it is ok to eat that piece of chocolate LOL.

    Nikki-- weeeee congrats on the pound!!

    So yeah, where is everyone? I was away for the weekend...Ihad this crazy insane wedding shower...200 women, they booked a hall, it was a 4 course sit down meal and they opened ALLLL the gifts...it was the craziest thing I had ever seen...oh they are italian... lol the wedding is going to be huge!!!!!!

    I am down to 130 now weeeee!!!! yes even with that gigantic meal!!! haha

    so hope you are all doing well!
  • Wow fitgal you go. How tall are you that your goal is 123? I keep losing track of the thread when it changes at the end of the week. That is why I miss some posting lol. That shower sounds like a wedding in itself!!!!!

  • Well, my crazy week is finally over. I'll be posting again now. I have lots and lots to do today and I'm gonna actually do it. Sounds like everyone is doing great...thats great to hear. Keep up the good work!

  • so how has everyone's week gone? Mine was good, stayed on plan for the most part.

    I am going to a bodyuilding competition to night to see my friends mom...its her first one! I have been to one before they are pretty entertaining!
