Ok week five ladies!!!! how is everyone doing??? I am hangingin there, barely at times...seems like that last couple of weeks have been an eating fest...well new week= new start!
diet-3 healthy meals, 2 healthy snacks
water-3 bottles
"fun" goal-try fish ( I am not a fish person, but am trying to develop a taste for it)
reward-dinner out on the weekend

Bf-oatmeal and raisins
L-soup
S-mini rice cakes and crackers (both whole grain)
D-chicken, veggies, bean salad
S-grapes and mini rice cakes
Wed
BF-oatmeal
L-soup
D-chicken, bean salad, potatos, corn
S-latte
Thurs
BF-toast with jam and PB
L-veggie omlet and yogurt
D-pizza (crazy plates) and grapes, juice to drink (diluted with some water)
Fri
BF- tast with PB and jam
L-flaxseed wrap with chicken and salsa
S-mini rick cakes, crackers
D-stir fry
S-fuzzy peaches
Sat
