Hello, everyone! I just signed up today ...after hitting rock-bottom yet again. I'm 43 and live in the UK. Are there any other Brits around?? I suppose it doesn't really matter where anyone lives, though, since we're all in cyberspace anyway!

I'm interested in trying the TOPS food exchange program. It reminds me a lot of the old Weight Watchers Quick Start plan which was my first and most successful weight loss plan. Does anyone else use TOPS?

We're over here!!!! A section just for UK fat chicks. I'm in Greater Manchester, and we have members from all over, with a bias in the Yorkshire/Cumbria/Manchester bits!

I count calories and exercise a lot!
