New Chunky Chic

Hello. My name is Naomi and I am 37yrs old. I'm so glad I found you guys. I want to lose 60 pounds. I have watched what I eat most of my adult life. Eating right and excercising. After I started dating my dh I went from a size 3/4 to 7/8. I stayed like that till I got pregnant with our first child. I had our second baby this past August. I currently weigh 185. :( I would love to atleast go to my weight the day I got married which was 135. I really want 125. I don't know what diet form i am going to use. Probably portion control and healthy eating. I plan on starting to excercise tomorrow. It becomes difficult with 2 small boys. I lack support during the week because dh travels out of town every week. I don't like the idea of day cares since kids are always sick. So off to Stroller Strides I go tomorrow. Thye finally opened a class in my city. I hope to find some buddies on here.. Especially for those long hard days that at the end when the kids are in bed all I want is CHOCOLATE!

Welcome! I am very new myself. I am also hoping to get down to 135, although 125 would be even better :) I also am watching portion control and started excersizing about a month ago. I have 4 young kids and my husband works afternoons. Excersize was always something I had excuses for. I bought an eliptical trainer and use it for 30 minutes each night for 30 minutes.I have just started out myself and would love to buddy up!

Ha! Ha! Ha! Do you have a hidden camera in my house? When the kids finally go to sleep it isn't Calgon that takes me away. It is CHOCOLATE!!! By the way I love Seattle. I hope to revisit without the kids someday and have a romantic vacation and also visit the San Juan Islands.

Thanks girls for your welcomes. heather I PM you to be buddies.

I love seeing and reading the pre and post pics/stories. they are really inspiring to me.
