Hey Ladies , Just wanted to do some recruiting. We have a support group under Support Group Forums. It's Girls w/ Goals :cool::grouphug: we will be weighing in on Tuesdays of each week, and we talk threw out the week and on Friday I will be giving a Pre- weekend chat. Well you make your own challenge we usually do 5% weight loss and then everyone has a exercise challenge because we are @ different levels.

So you goals would be 5% which is 13 pounds in 11 weeks based on your weight and then I do 100 min. of exercise !!!
