Hello everyone.
I'm brand new here and I thought I would start a thread and say a bit about myself. I'm 21 and at the moment 5' 5" I weight 234 pounds. ( weighed myself yesterday). When I was 18 and finished high school I was my highest ever. 266 pounds.
I started working out with my aunt the summer after graduation and lost 40 pounds. I was about 225. Then I hit "the wall". no weight loss for about a month. I was so upset at myself that I quit my workout. Then my Aunt got surgery to shrink her stomach and went from 340 pounds to 130 pounds. So she no longer went to the gym with me and I never did like working out alone.
So after I hit the wall, I gained 10 pounds back during the next year. I went through a depresion last thanksgiving when my fiance called off the wedding and broke up with me. It was nothing big because we had hardly started any plans, but still.. I was.. upset. I droped to my lowest I've ever remember being. 220
But then things got better in january, and now I'm back to 234 pounds. I would LOVE to see a 1 in front of my weight... 199 pounds.. anything as long as it is a 1 lol. My main goal is 170 pounds.. not too thin. but enough for curves. ^_~.
I'm glad that I found this site. I've been looking around and it's great how much support there is here.. that's something I really need.
