Right now, I go to the gym 4-5 times a week for 1 1/2 to 2 hours each time, doing cardio for 45 minutes mixed with some strengh training and classes. I have a great trainer but really need some outside support and kicks in the butt to keep myself going. Surprisingly enough though, I'm becoming addicted to exercising. So I really need a buddy to keep me motivated.
