Hi! New Here!

My name is Rebecca, and I am 25. I would like to lose 70lbs by June 2007, I know that is doable. Right now I am looking for diet plans that would work best for me, actually I know the only way I will lose weight is to start eating better, and less and exercise more. I am off to look around now!
