Looking for a Buddy
 

Hey, I'm new to 3FC, and I'm looking for a buddy. I was on Weight Watchers for about 4 months and lost some weight on that, then I fell off the wagon so to say and put some weight back on. I was stuck then for a few months and decided to try something new. I am currently doing Herbal Magic and have been on it for about 2 weeks, and I'm looking for a buddy that's either on Herbal Magic as well or looking to lose 20-30lbs. I'm not on Herbal magic but I want to lose around 50 more pounds. I have lost 30 already by counting calories and watching my carbs and exercise. I'm looking for a buddy too.

How is it going on herbal magic? Are you sticking with it?

I'd be happy to be a buddy. I just started South Beach (first day) and I can tell these first two weeks are going to be really hard! :)

I'm in. I have 40 to loose. SW:179, CW:170, GW:130. I am on the FDA diet (eat less, exercise more) Get to eat anything I want, :cool: :moo: no diet foods required, no diet after tast to deal with. :dance: Meals are balanced and taste good. Taking 1-A-Day Weight Smart to make sure I have a balanced diet. Also, I put everything I eat and do on FitDay.com I plan to loose 1 pound per week untill Dec.31. I added Exercises yesterday

Hey there, I'm not very familiar with herbal magic, what is it? Have u seen any results yet? Is it a herbal supplement? I'm curious.:)

I've lost and found the same 30 pounds so many times. I'm also looking for support as I struggle to lose wt. I'd like to join you also. I've never heard of Herbal Magic. I've done Wt. Watchers for years, and once was an employee. My main struggle is to exercise on a regular basis. Looking forward to supporting and motivating each other.
