What kind of excersize program do you use?
I'm new here. My name is Anna, and I've fallen off the wagon.
Actually, I was never really on the wagon. I'm one of those people who was severely underweight as a child and into my teens. Then I had kids. I'm now 38 years old, and am gaining weight. I'm 5'3", and I weigh...well, let's just say that I weigh a bit more than I should for someone my height. I'm about to start walking (tonight), but I was wondering, what types of different excersize programs do you all use? Thanks for reading. Anna |
I dont use an program in paticular. Walk about 4-6 miles a day everyday took me a couple months to work up to that many miles. Skip rope everyday 3 times a day 5 minutes each time. Sit ups, crunches and light free weights (3-5 pounds) three times a week.. and make sure to drink plenty of water.:carrot:
