Another Old Newbie back at it
Hello everyone, my name is Niki and I am battling the bulge along with you. I have been overweight all my life and I am tired of if. I am 5' so all this weight on my small bones isn't good. I started at 205 and down to 194 and maintaining that weight right now. My goal is to be at 120 by the new year. I have a treadmill here at home and some weights and exercise dvd's.

Hi Niki! I'm glad you came back. What are your favorite exercise DVD's? I'm looking for a good cardio workout. I've got some Kathy Smith, but I'm ready for a change.

I have pilates, some firm videos, walk away the pound tapes and I recently got this new one that is called 1 minute exercises.
