Hi I am new to 3FC and I am totally loving it. There are so many awesome people out there, that I am excited to start winning the battle of the bulge:) I am 25 years old and have been overweight my whole life. I have two children and need to be healther for myself and them. I am going to start WW and would love to meet some new people.

Well I am doing WW at home on my own. `I am 35 with an 8 year old son. I too have been overweight all my life and will lose the weight this year. I did Atkins and took off a lot of weigh initially(260 down to 200). Now trying to finish off my weight loss with a more balanced approach. (200 working towards 165). I do a variety of exercise hoping to stay motivated. I jog, walk, bike (with my son),areobics, yoga and body sculpting on different days each week. I try to earn 2 to 4 exercise points a day. I try not to eat them...
Any way pm me if you are interested in talking. I know I need a friend to be accountable to as well.
