Hi everyone just wanted to greet everyone on here... Ive been lurking around reading post and getting some good tips for some time now. I want to support others too... so if your looking for a diet buddy Im up for it. 30 female 5'5 142 currently and hopefully on my way to a healthy way of living :)

I definitly need someone to talk to.. Dont really have anyone to discuss diets and weigh issues ect. with being a stay at home mom... Thanks for the greetings.
