    I just wanted to say "Hi All!"
    My name is Cheri. And I'm a Chocoholic. (LOL)
    Anyway, I have LOTS to lose (like, 100+ lbs.) And I am going to check out the rest of the site to see where I fit in. I am really excited about this.

    Welcome to 3FC! This is a great place for advice & support. I too, was a chocoholic but...that was almost 2 years ago. You CAN do this!!! Nothing tastes as good as thin feels!

    Welcome, Cheri! I still have over 100 pounds to lose, too, so I feel your struggle! Might I suggest the 100lb club--they're a GREAT group of people who have 100+ to lose (or at least started out with that much to lose--many are much lighter now!). Also, I'm not sure of your exact starting weight, but there's also a fabulous group of 300+ ladies who are insanely inspirational. Happy browsing!

    My name is Cheryl and I have almost 100 to loose( started out at 100). I love chocolate also. I ate a brownie last night and feel so guilty, but today is another day and I don't have any more brownies in the house,lol. There is a 100 lb club at the bottom of the list of forums , come check it out!! People are really great here , and friendly. I know 100 seems like a lot, but you can do it!!! Just take one pound at a time and before you know it 20 will be gone, than 40, ect..... Pm whenenver you need to . Cheryl

    Enough Lurking! Time to say hello!
    Hi everyone! I am 37 yrs. old and live in MD. I have been "lurking" on this site for over a month now, and am constantly amazed at all the wonderful support everyone receives whether they're trying to lose 20 pounds or 120 pounds! Since I've been reading these posts, I've done really well with my eating. The exercise-well, that could use some improvement! BTW, I would like to lose 25 lbs, but I'd be happy with 15, or as I've learned from here, start small (5lbs) and take it from there. It's nice to finally meet all of you!
