i need help......

i am new to the weight loss idea my husband says i am perfect at a size 14 but i say i need to get back to my size 6 pants soon i am not happy with the weight i am i am young and want to be able to be comfortable with myself and in my clothes right now i where blue jeans and my husbands large t-shirts everywhere i want to be happy and comfortable can some one please help me threw my journey to my goal
