I am 32 and suffer from Bi-Polar disorder and a anxiety disorder. I also was an emotional eater! Just looking for someone to talk to!

Thanks for replying. I live alone, so I get lonely in the evenings. I just started this diet and exercising thing. It' nice to have someone to talk to.
