Looking for a buddy
 

Hi, I just came upon this site and I love the idea of a buddy. I'm 6 months away from turning 40 and i do NOT want to do that in this shape or this weight. I really want to lose another 18 pounds but I get very frustrated when i do not see results quickly. I work full time and besides my DH i have 3 boys. I have acess to email all day at work but no instant messanger. I think it would be great to have a buddy so we can help and motivate each other.

Hey Brenda, Me too! I'm less than 3 months away from 40 and started my weight loss about 6 weeks ago. So far I've lost 13 lbs through diet and exercise and have a bit to go before goal but I'm sure I'll make it. So can you!
