I started Adkins with my husband 2 mths ago, the key I find to ANY diet is to change your LIFESTYLE and understand that you may never be able to eat like you used to and maintain!

I think I have it ty so much.....I am 39 qne have 3 children at home, 14,16boys and the one on the right is my 9 yr old. I also have a daughter in the Army that is due to have a baby in Oct!!!
