Hi everyone my name is Maria and im 20 years..Im new here so im looking for friends to support me..and i can gurantee you that i will be there for you too..Well let me share a lil 411 of myself...Last year i lost 30 pounds and i was able to control some of the weight..ive been up and down with my weightloss success...its so depressing..well 3 weeks ago i started to really make a ommitment of losing my extra 30 unwanted pounds...so im on a slimfast diet and power90 exercise routine...i work out for alteast 2 hrs a day 6 days a week...So far i have lil success..i have my downside sometimes..like this week didnt lose any pounds and i worked so hard..:( ..well im lookinf for friends to support me so please reply to my message..i will be happy to accept u all.
My Babystep Success so far
  • Week one: Lost 5 pounds
  • Week two:4 pounds
  • Week three: 0 pounds
i will be updating everyone with my success every sunday...wish me luck. thanks for reading;)

u can do it!!!! just from experience though, muscle weighs more than fat. if you excersize a whole bunch and diet, you might stay the same weight, but you'll be building muscle.
