I have similar stats to you and I know exactly how you feel. Are you exercising? If you are doing resistance training and toning, it may be that you are burning up fat and putting on muscle which weighs more, so the scales don't seem friendly. If not, don't worry, you have come to the right place.
What diet plan are you following? It is really disheartening to be desperately trying to lose weight but not see any results. If you really are doing everything correctly, keep persevering as the weight will evenutally start to come off. Maybe try keeping an explicit and totally honest log of exactly what you eat and your portion size, you could be counteracting all your good intentions without realising!
