I'm new here
Hi, I'm Naomi. I'm 19 years old. I'm 5'3" and I weigh 125 lbs. What I don't like about my body is that I have a weird paunch that makes me look like I'm preggo. I'm a compulsive eater. I eat every hour and when I sleep and wake up in the morning, my stomach hurts, I think out of too much food. My stomach right now feels like it's gonna rip any second. I'm really full. I eat even when I'm not hungry or I don't like the food I eat. I know the solution the problem may sound easy, that I just got to stop eating, but it's not. I love eating. It's like my outlet for my frustrations. What I want to do these coming days is to eat less and only when I'm supposed to, then run on the treadmill on a regular basis so that I don't look like 3 months pregnant or something anymore -- it's embarrassing! How to put that into practice is gonna be a real challenge for me. I don't know how to motivate myself. I've run out of ideas. I've already tried everything. Now, I checked the ideal weight for my age and I'm not yet overweight but I really want to lose about 10 pounds so I hope I'm still welcome here! See you!

I have been told I look pregnant too which when I was pregnant was cute now its not so hot! I just started the weight watchers point system and hope that I have good luck like I did previously. I think the previous posters Idea on limiting sodium and pop! Is a great idea. Soda (mt dew) is my weakness and I am having to work hard on not indulging in a huge bottle and having leess of it. I can polish a 6p a day if I wanted to but I have promised myself that starting NOW its only 1 a day. then it will go to 1/2 til i am completely dew free. if you ever want to chat Private message me and i will share my info. |
