Hello, to all. I'm new to this site and from what I can see so far this site seems really fun and supportive. I'm 27, no children, working full-time (paramedic but I'm on light duty so I'm mainly sitting for 8 hrs

), going to school Mon-Fri during the day(praying to become a science teacher). I'm 5'3 and very top heavy(40DD). I lost about 6 pounds and need to lose another 10-15 more pds. I hurt my back in 12/04 and haven't really been active since. To be honest, I've become lazy. I've yo-yo diet so many times since my injury. But, I'm tired of being "fat" and want to do something about it. I started doing walk away the pounds because that's basically all I can right now until my back gets stronger. I figured some excerise is much better than no excerise. I also have a excerise ball and going to see how I can fit it into a work out that will help me. I really need a buddy. I heard that when you buddy you tend to stick to your diet. I will be supportive, we can call each other, send emails, do what ever it will take for the both (or all) of us to lose the weight that we want and be healthy. I'm finally serious about my health but I know that I won't be able to do it alone, every one needs a pep talk or two, I know that I will. Thanks, Neeka
