Hi new and changing my life!!
 

Hi I my name is Amy. I am a 28 yr old mother of three. ages 8, 2, and 6 mo. They are three beautiful girlies!!! I am 5' 2" and weigh I think about 170 lbs. I do not know for sure do to the fact I have been in denial about being a "fat chick" for many years now. I recently went to get in the shower and caught a glimps of my nakedness in the mirror and was completly mortified. So in the last few days I have decided to change my life!! I have started to change the way I eat and think about food. I think I am horribly addicted to food because it has been a hard week. I started monday doing 40 min of workouts a day. Cardio pilates and 1-1/2 mile walking workout on the on demand service on digital cable. It is called exercise T.V. I really like it because I can do it anytime I am ready and don't have to plan things around fit t.v. and their schedule. I have an awesome support team from my sister (who I told about this site and she joined today and joined Curves!! I am so proud of her.) and my best freind who 6 mo. ago had gastric bipass and is doing fabulous!! so I know they are working out and pushes me to work out as well. My husband everyday this week has called and asks me if I have worked out. He always sounds very excited and tells me he is proud, but also wants to remind me he loves me and thinks I am "hot" to him at any size!!! smart man!! lol:D My 8 yr old told me tonight she would workout with me if I wanted her too. She also told me I was just medium!!! lol she is the sweetest. So I came to find this wonderful site by searching for info on a healthy life and diet and exercise. The name to be honest caught my attention. They have everything I need. :carrot: yeah the search is over, I swear my computer hates me!!! Hello sister. Caught you on-line. Cool. I am very proud of you too. You are so lucky to have a friend like sarah!!!!! I think you will be down to your gaol weight in no time flat. And thanks for the push I needed to get out of my funk and get on board myself. I have been thinking about it for awhile but thinking about it dont get you know where or eles we would all be thin as paper. well talk to you tomorrow good night. We are s much alike,goal as me ,,,same height and weight....so how bout we help eachother.....

I lost 5 lbs and gained it back when I was put on steroids for my hip.....grrrrrr so I am starting again....

I also have 3 kids, boys 14 and 11 and girl 9 .....She works out with me,,and tells me Mom ure not fat ure just "fluffy" lol....The boys dont care one way or the other,,,,,haha....

My hubby needs to loose a few points too so I have sopourt from him too. !
See told ya ,,,,,,we much alike !!

Thanks to all This makes me feel so GOOD!!! I just finished todays exercise! feeling good after but getting going on it took a little nudging from myself today!! I also have a confession to make I cheated with a Pepsi today!!! bad Amy! will try harder everyday is a new one!!
