New Girl

Hi! my name is Nece and I will start my diet tomorrow. I will go on the Atkin's diet. I was on the diet last year before Thanksgiving and lost 20 pounds in two month but I didn't have any support. I got off the diet and of course I gained it all back. I really want to lose 50 pounds. I need some support. If there is anybody who is on the Atkin's diet would you like to buddy up?
