Default Introduction
Hi everyone,

My name is Susie. I'm in my late 30's and live in Seattle, WA. I have about 100 pounds to lose. I'm not sure exactly how much because I just can't make myself get on the scales. I'm here to try to lose the weight, get some motivation and talk to others going through the same struggles I am.

Red face Another Newby here
I saw this site on Dr.Phil message board and decided to come visit. This looks like a great place to get some help with my weight loss. I weigh over 360lbs and have reach my end. I need to lose this weight and keep it off. I have tried every diet you can think of. Some have worked and some haven't.As soon as I go off them I gain the weight back and then some. I would love to have your support and encouragement....Carrie
