Newbie To FC!!!!!!!

Hello, my name is Heidi and I am 27 years old and a mother of 2. I am hoping to lose 50lbs and would like to have someone be a support person/motivator to help me acheive this goal. Also any info on real promising diets that have been successful would be greatly appreciated.(As long as they are not costly) Thank you:)

Hi Heidi! So you haven't chosen a plan of action yet? A lot depends on what you like to do and eat. Tell us a little more about you and we'll come up with something for you.

Hi Susan, I am not very picky about foods, so that's not a concern. I do have a gazelle exercise machine at home that I could use. Pretty much I am open to any suggestions. I hope this helps a little.:carrot:

It sure does. The gazelle is fabulous. Do you like to use it? If so ... go ahead.
Since the entire thing with weight loss is eating less and moving more .... and you'll eat anything .... portion control is where it's at. Calorie counting or WW points will do that for you.
What do you think so far?

Well I love the gazelle, it is fun to use. I don't think I could follow calories or points, Is there any other diet plans that could help? Thanks so much for your help:D

You could just put back some of the stuff you would normally eat, make sure you skip extra fats and sugars, make sure there's no easy to grab junk food in your house, skip seconds .... The vigilance diet, we could call it!
I'm pretty partial to calorie counting tho'.
