New and on Bernstein!

Hello everyone,
I'm new to the forum and on my second day of Dr. Bernstein, hoping to find a buddy, or a few buddies! I'm 25 years old and I have about 40lbs to lose, hopefully I can be successful with Bernstein! Would love to hear any feedback!

What's Bernstein? I never heard of it and it's come up twice today.

Bernstein is a low fat/low cal/low carb plan that's medically supervised. I eat about 850 calories/day and receive 3x weekly vitamin B6 and B12 injections, since starting on Tuesday February 28th I've lost a total of 10lbs! I'm really happy about this first week!
