Hi ladies, Stephanie here. I just turned 40 Feb.22 and I really need to get motivated to lose this weight. My son will be graduating in May and I would love to at least get a little off by then. Basically, I'm at the point where nothing fits and I feel really bad about my appearance. I know what I need to do but just have slumps where I'll do good for a month ,then head back into old eating habits. I need to lose 150 lbs and would love to team up with other gals who are willing to go this journey. Stephanie
Welcome Stephanie.. Good luck with your weight loss efforts.. Check out the success thread..your motivation will be up. My motivation is low, but everytime I read success stories on here, it builds me up.. Good luck on whatver plan you may choose..
Hi!! Everyone. Stephanie good luck with the weight loss. We have a lot in comin ,my son will graduate this year. He just turned 19 on feb. 22. I too have about 150 lbs. to lose. It's not easy but you can do it.
Welcome and start believing you can do it. What diet are you doing? I'm doing Nutri system (when the first week arrives) and also Calorie Queens, which is a book that is a down to earth and realisic look at how we lose and gain and how outside influences effect us and our eating. One thing I can suggest is don't focus on how long it will take you to get there, focus on using the time in the journey as your education to a better you.
