Hi,

Firstly I'd like to say what a great site this is. I think I will be spending a lot of time here.

I'm Renae, 32 from NSW Australia.

I have lost 4.4kgs so far with 31ish kgs to go.

On Friday I joined the gym and this afternoon I go in for my assessment and to have a program done for me. I can't wait to get in there and get started.

That's about it for me. I look forward to chatting on the boards and being able to offer and give support.
