Hi from Australia!
Hi everyone, I'm Kathy and I just joined up on the is site last night. I live with my husband and seven children, aged 10&1/2, 9, 6, 5, 3&1/2, 2&1/2 and 6mths, in Brisbane, Australia.
I have just recently joined an all womens gym last week and am hoping to lose the extra weight (about 18kg) and tone up my poor old tummy muscles after having all my babies. I'm really enjoying the pilates and swiss-ball classes and then I'll be working with a personal trainer once a week and do my weight training and cardio whenever I like. I'm having my second personal training appointment tonight. I'm enjoying the gym so much. I'm not really on a diet as such but I do want to cut down on my sugar intake and cut out some carbs. |

Wow 7 children!! Congratulations on even having time to exercise!! There are lots of great people here & everyone is very nice and supportive - hope you enjoy it! |
