South Beach Diet Newbie

Hi, I'm Maureen and have been on the pay South Beach Diet site but want to change over to this one. I just need support and to share :hug: the good and the not so good. I'm 47, an RN, married, two teenaged kids, and one Dachshund. Hope to get to know you all on here!
