New, looking for buddy.
 

Hi, I'm sapphireangel, I'm new here, and I'm looking for a buddy to keep me accountable. Good thing is my Mom is there for me to keep me on track, and I keep her on track. We are both trying to lose weight. I am 5'2" tall, and I weight around 172 lbs. I need to lose weight. The good thing is I am getting better. I have a majorly bad habit of eating at night. Last night I went for a whole night without eating. I also have started exercizing more. I need to do my exercise for tdoay. I have a lot of exercize videos I can do. I have also been trying toe at healthier, do stuff like eating salads and eating more vegetables and fruit.

New here and looking for a buddy as well. I have finally decided to do the same. I am 5'4" and 194. I am looking to lose at least 50 pounds. I have put this off way too long. If you want, we can buddy up and support each other, keep each other on track. I'm from Texas. Married, mother of 2 kids. Currently going to college to get my associates degree in criminal justice. Just tired of looking in the mirror and hating what I see. I am a very picky eater but I am going to try hard to do this. Even if that means, just cutting back, stay busy, work out, whatever it takes to do it. I am too a night eater. Especially since I get home late on the nights I go to school. I'm single, I live with my parents. My Dad frequently goes out of town to work, he works in power plants. Mom and I are being each other's diet buddies. Mom is in her 50's and she has some problems with arthritis, being stiff and sore. She had lost weight, when I was a child I thought of her as big, but now I weigh more than she does. I am worried about my sister, she weighs about around what you do, and is maybe 2 inches taller than me. She has trouble walking, and she is very stubborn, I wish she would get on a diet and lose some weight. I did a Richard Simmons video today. I like Richard Simmons, his videos are fun, but I think he's gay, I think being gay is wrong, but I still think he is a good exercise instructor. I think it is cool that you are takng a course in crimminal justice. What kind of job would you like to get after you get your degree? My sister is picky too, she likes junk food. I don't have kids or a boyfriend, my cat and my cockatiel are my babies. I'm from Florida, good thing is the weather is so nice in winter, I can go out for walks.
