Hi... I'm new and looking for advice and support
 

well.... in the past i have tried different diets, different pills but other factors in my life have always affected my motivation. i lost my grandmother and boyfriend in the same year. i recently miscarried. i've had really unhealthy relationships with men ranging from substance abuse to domestic violence. i finally came to senses with men, i feel stronger than ever before but now i want to look in the mirror and see some sex appeal. also i am standing up to my best friends wedding may 6th and i would love to lose about 30 lbs. is it possible to do without becoming bulimic or anoereic? does anyone have any advice?
i appreciate any advice anyone can give me.

Hi Lauren! Sounds like we have a couple things in commom,like the relationship problems. How about coming over to A Few Good Friends thread(support group section)we would love to have you there!
